Beyond The Bridge Special Edition

After author SK Waller changed her tack and decided to expand her Beyond the Bridge trilogy to a series, she spent a full year rewriting Books One and Two, With A Dream and With A Bullet, to include them in this single volume Special Edition. It is available at Amazon in paperback, and will soon be available for Kindle.

Forthcoming books in the series include Book Three, With A Song, and Enharmonic Intervals: the Memoirs of Gordon Hammond.

With A Bullet by SK Waller Now Available

The second book, With A Bullet, of SK Waller's engrossing and fun Rock and Roll trilogy, Beyond The Bridge, is now available in both paperback and Kindle at Amazon. com.

With A Bullet begins in 1976 when newly-discovered blues artist Katy Clarke is brought to London to launch her career. The small town girl from Boulder, Colorado has no idea, however, that her subsequent success and fame will demand not only dedication and hard work, but also a hard look at what drives her hunger for fame.

Official Book Launch

K. Lynette Erwin, author of So Faithful a Heart and When Love Won't Die, appeared at the Stillwater Hasting's Books & Music to sign copies of the recently publishd two-volume single edition. The event was so successful, the store manager told her it was the best local author book signing they'd hosted in the history of the store.

A private reception followed at the home of the author. In her toast, Ms. Erwin offered her thanks to Deborah Butler, who donated the cost of the books in memory of her mother, Joye Ramsel, who had been working in earnest to promote the novel with the Bartlesville OK Mozart Festival when she passed in October.

Artistic promotion was provided by Michael Broyles, photography by Lauren Weaver, cake by Frosted: The Bakery, and catering by The Vicar of Nibbly.

Summer 2011 Update

Everywhere I look, someone is writing. This is especially true here at Alla Breve Books, where two new books are nearing their completion and publishing.

Lynette Erwin has finished her sequel to So Faithful A Heart: The Love Story of Nancy Storace and Wolfgang Mozart. It is aptly titled So Faithful A Heart: When Love Won't Die. Ms. Erwin has her hands full, not only with it, but also with rewrites of the first book. When both are ready, they will be published together in a single special-edition volume.

Also slated for publishing is With A Bullet, the second book of SK Waller's Rock and Roll trilogy, Beyond The Bridge. Book One, With A Dream was published last February. Book Two will be published sometime this autumn and Book Three will follow in 2014.
